As the Manager Corporate IT  in our organization, you will be a key part of the team responsible for ensuring effective strategy, management and support of the IT infrastructure. Your role will be to direct and oversee technology-related activities in accordance with the organization's priorities and goals.

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:


  • Good understanding of the IT Infrastructure, policies, practices, and implementation of next generation technologies
  • Oversee, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure to provide high availability and secure environment
  • Manage end to end IT operations activities in collaboration with associated functions
  • Have good knowledge of Windows Server Virtualization, Network, Cloud, Voice, Video, Audio/Visual, Wireless including experience with new office builds and IT infrastructure upgrades
  • Manage third party vendor relationships and hold them accountable for delivery of outsourced functions, specifically, Service Desk and Network Operations
  • Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of all IT systems, to include applications, servers, storage, databases, Cloud Infrastructure
  • Primary escalation point of contact for all client IT issues & local IT Projects
  • Proficient in conceptualization of business requirements into Infrastructure Architecture and deliver solutions on Architecture
  • Communicate with clients/internal support team for any change/upgradation in services
  • Create, review, and analyze different reports required by client & business verticals
  • Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventory
  • Own and ensure proper on & off-boarding
  • Ensure possibilities to automate daily work & improve end user’s daily work
  • Provide IT & Infosec trainings and awareness to end users
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement necessary adjustments
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
  • Be part of the local Support Teams leadership meeting and co-operate with other global support functions for aligning to Global standards
  • Act as contact person in case of the events & BCP/DR Drills
  • Experience with ITIL Based Processes: Incident, Service Request, Change, Asset Management, Monitoring, Capacity Planning & Disaster Recovery

Key Capabilities and Competencies


  • Effectively interact with all levels of personnel and external contacts to include a professional demeanor
  • Effective communication skills for handling business process owners and power users
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously using time management.
  • Familiarity with Cloud environment along with new cloud-based technology, such as mobile apps, e-mail configuration on smart phone/tablets
  • Analyze upcoming trends in network infrastructure management and operations by suggesting proactive solutions to IT/technology teams
  • Provide business continuity by taking active participation in severe incidents for faster resolution and ensuring no repetition
  • Excellent in customer calls/Meeting/escalation handling & delivery for IT operations, able to work under pressure.
  • Solid background in network administration and architecture. Hands on experience on Network Data Center planning/design/ implement, site to site tunnel setup and troubleshooting, VPN issues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to meet the organizations developing needs and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
  • Exceptionally good knowledge of Windows client environment
  • Practical knowledge of enterprise communication platforms (MS Teams, Teams Rooms).
  • Practical experience in managing computer networks (routing, switching, firewall) of Dell, Ubiquiti devices.
  • Good knowledge of best practices in controlling and monitoring network environment.
  • Experience in supporting, running IT audits.
  • Experience in patch and software deployment.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft products: Azure, O365, Teams, Intune.
  • Ability to work in a multiculture environment.

Qualification and Experience

  • B. Tech/BE with overall 10+ years of relevant technical experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud & global IT operations
  • 8 to 10 years of working experience in administration of windows especially in Hybrid environment
  • In depth knowledge of Cloud/ DNS / DHCP / WINS / Backup / disaster recovery
  • Proficient in ITIL framework, Change, Capacity, Incident Management
