Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining/updating the client's database based on documents and information received.

  • Analysis of insurance documents e.g. contracts, endorsements etc.

  • Reports' preparation and circulations.

  • Searching for solutions for evolving business requirements and needs.

  • Participation in regional and global projects as a part of working group.

  • Finding out, agreeing and improving the process and its updates.

  • The tools and systems implementations including e.g. scenarios' creation & verification in the UAT.

  • Working in a fusion of sub-functions: Invoicing, Collections and Cash Application.

  • Interpreting customer data, binders/slips and analyzing policy terms and premium.

  • Consistent and effective use of standard, approved AI‑enabled tools to support routine tasks, improve individual productivity, and enhance the quality of day‑to‑day work.

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Creativity and ability to question the status quo.

  • Good Excel skills.

  • Very good knowledge of English (C1)

  • Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions.

  • Interest in working in a dynamic international environment.

  • A positive personality along with a great sense of humor (non-negotiable!).

  • Fundamental understanding of AI tools.
