Your responsibilities:

  • Working in a fusion of sub-functions: Invoicing, Collections and Cash Application.

  • Interpreting customer data, binders/slips and analyzing policy terms and premium.

  • Ensuring timely collections of receivables and recognition of cash.

  • Performing audits and quality check on applied cash transaction, Billing &Collections.

  • Preparation and review of various reports periodically.

  • Reconciliation of accounts & premiums.

  • Imparting knowledge as part-time process trainer.

  • Working with different stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and tool development.

  • Ensuring onshore communication is necessary, clear & precise ensuring quicker resolution of queries.

  • Consistent and effective use of standard, approved AI‑enabled tools to support routine tasks, improve individual productivity, and enhance the quality of day‑to‑day work.

Job requirements

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 1.5 years.

Requirements:

  • Very good English skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, numeracy, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Previous experience in finance or credit control.

  • Good Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Openness to new challenges and the ability to question the status quo.

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.

  • Fundamental understanding of AI tools.

  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor are a must!
