Your responsibilities:
Managing processes and bills in the company.
Leading a team – coordinating and guiding team members to achieve business objectives efficiently.
Accountability for team performance – monitoring and ensuring the team meets its targets and delivers high-quality results, providing regular 1-2-1 support to ensure high performance.
Conducting recruitment processes – handling hiring efforts to attract and onboard the right talent.
Employee management – supervising and supporting employees to foster a productive work environment.
Overseeing financial matters related to the account – ensuring financial stability and efficiency in all account-related operations.
Acting as the main point of contact for client-facing interactions, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of financial issues.
Collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Coordinating team operations, projects, and ad-hoc requests to meet business needs.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data to key stakeholders.
Supporting budgeting and planning processes within the team.
Ensuring that SLAs are met and driving operational excellence.
Job requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a team management role within finance operations or credit control.
At least 6 years of experience in finance management in a multinational BPO/SSC environment.
Strong knowledge of regulations and financial compliance.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting expectations.
Nice to have: Relevant certifications in finance operations or credit control.
